Warranty claims

The warranty claim will be processed by us if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The request will be submitted within the manufacturer’s warranty period to the email [email protected] with the appropriate warranty form;
  2. The goods will be delivered to the MARGO headquarters (Margo spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k. ul. Forteczna 7, 87-100 Toruń) at the Buyer’s expense and risk;
  3. The original properly completed warranty form along with proof of purchase must be attached to the request;

The manufacturer's warranty on purchased goods and devices will generally be valid for 12 months from the date the sales document is issued to the Buyer. However, in cases of goods for which the manufacturer limits the warranty, warranty documents with a different warranty period will be issued.

MARGO will respond to the warranty claim no later than 14 days from the date the goods are delivered to the headquarters. If MARGO does not respond to the warranty claim within 14 days, it is assumed that the Customer's claim is accepted.

MARGO reserves the right to extend the time for resolving the claim in order to send the goods directly to the manufacturer after prior agreement with the Customer.

In the case of an unjustified defect claim, especially due to the absence of a defect, as well as in cases where the defect arose due to reasons attributable to the Buyer or another entity, all costs incurred by MARGO related to such intervention will be charged to the Buyer.

In the event of damage to the goods during transport and finding improper packaging, the warranty claim will be automatically rejected.

Returns

The return will be accepted by us if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The consumer or individual entrepreneur will notify the withdrawal from the Sales Agreement within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason. The notification may be sent to the email [email protected] using the appropriate return form or in another way that allows contact with MARGO.
  2. The goods will be delivered to the MARGO headquarters (Margo spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k. ul. Forteczna 7, 87-100 Toruń) at the Buyer’s expense and risk within no more than 14 calendar days from the withdrawal notification;
  3. The goods were not manufactured by MARGO as a special order for the Buyer;

MARGO will refund the amount to the Buyer as payment for the returned goods after making a correction to the sales document.

MARGO is entitled to deduct the cost of shipping the goods from the refund.

WARNING! For Customers who are neither Consumers nor Individual Entrepreneurs (definitions in the Regulations), different rules apply! A Product return is only possible after obtaining prior written consent from the Seller, under penalty of nullity. After obtaining consent, the Product will be accepted by the Seller within the product return procedure if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The product will be delivered to the Seller at the Client’s expense and risk within no more than 14 calendar days from the date of sale,
  2. the returned product must be in its original factory packaging and must not show signs of use, damage, or assembly,
  3. a correctly completed return form available on www.margo24.pl must be attached to the product return,
  4. the product was not imported by the Seller as a special order for the Client.
